Our Calm Elixir is formulated to support your mental health by calming anxious states. How to use:

Our elixirs work best when taking smaller doses more frequently, as with any flower essence formulation. We suggest talking about 4 drops of the Calm Elixir 3-4x a day and doing so with intention. The more you can bring your mind to a conscious state while taking them, the easier it is for them to work. The Calm Elixir also pairs well with the Relief Elixir, with Calm supporting you day-to-day and Relief being the more immediate support for more intense emotional moments.
